Refund & Program Policy

Biloxx Tech llp provides a 7-day conditional refund window on recorded or self-paced programs.

Refund requests within 7 days will be considered only if all of the following conditions are met:

• Less than 10% of total content accessed
• No assignments or projects submitted
• No certificates issued
• No downloadable materials substantially used
• Request made in good faith (not for repeated free access)

Biloxx Tech llp reserves the right to reject refund requests in cases of:

• Excessive content usage
• Multiple refund attempts by the same learner
• Suspected misuse of platform access

All refunds are subject to Biloxx Tech llp management approval.

For programs involving career support or performance-based learning, refund eligibility applies only if all of the following are completed:

• Full attendance of sessions
• Completion of assigned modules and tasks
• Participation in evaluations or assessments
• Demonstrated career effort (job applications / networking)
• No voluntary dropouts or prolonged inactivity

All subscription-based payments (tools, platforms, services):

Candidate transfer is allowed only before batch start and subject to Biloxx Tech llp approval.

Certificates will be issued only to the attending participant.

• Enrollment ID
• Registered email
• Reason for refund
• Bank details (if required)

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.

• Biloxx Tech llp does not have a separate cancellation policy. Any cancellation request will be handled in accordance with this Refund Policy and applicable program terms.
• Cancellation of enrollment or services does not automatically qualify for a refund.
• Enrollment fees are non-transferable unless approved
• Platform access termination does not imply refund eligibility
• Taxes, payment gateway fees, or administrative charges may be deducted
• All refunds are discretionary and decided solely by Biloxx Tech llp management
• Refunds are issued only in INR
• No cash refunds

Biloxx Tech llp reserves the right to modify this policy at any time without prior notice.

Biloxx Tech llp retains final authority on:

• Refund approvals
• Program eligibility
• Access continuation
• Policy interpretation

Any disputes shall fall under Indian jurisdiction only.
