Biloxx operates www.biloxx.in and provides AI-powered education programs, business automation training, career skill development, workshops, mentorship services, and digital learning content (“Services”).

By accessing or using our website, enrolling in any program, or interacting with our platform in any manner, you (“User”, “you”) agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service along with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use immediately. These Terms are governed by the Information Technology Act, 2000, the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, and applicable Indian laws.

Biloxx is an education and skill-development platform. We do not operate as a recruitment agency, placement agency, or employment provider. Any training, mentorship, or guidance offered through Biloxx is strictly educational in nature.

You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age or have valid parental consent to use our Services. By registering or enrolling, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities conducted under your account. Unauthorized sharing of access may result in suspension or termination.

Biloxx does not guarantee employment, job placement, income generation, business success, freelance opportunities, salary outcomes, or financial results of any kind.

Certificates issued by Biloxx represent participation or completion of programs as determined by Biloxx. These certificates are not academic degrees and are not automatically recognized by any statutory or regulatory authority unless explicitly stated. Certificate issuance does not imply employment eligibility or professional licensing.

All content available on the Biloxx platform, including course materials, videos, documents, frameworks, graphics, branding assets, AI workflows, and proprietary systems, are the intellectual property of Biloxx LLP or its licensors.

Access is granted solely for personal, non-commercial educational use. Reproduction, redistribution, resale, modification, or commercial exploitation without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.

Payments for Services are processed through authorized third-party payment gateways such as Razorpay. By making any payment, you agree to comply with the respective gateway's terms and acknowledge that applicable taxes, gateway fees, or administrative charges may apply.

Refund eligibility, if any, shall be governed strictly by the Biloxx Refund Policy published separately on our website.

Biloxx reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate access to the platform at its sole discretion in cases including violation of these Terms, misuse of Services, fraudulent activity, non-payment, or conduct that harms platform integrity.

Termination does not automatically entitle the User to a refund unless expressly provided under the Refund Policy.

The platform relies on third-party services including hosting providers, payment processors, communication tools, and analytics platforms. Biloxx shall not be liable for interruptions, delays, technical failures, or data loss caused by such third parties or events beyond reasonable control.

Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Biloxx LLP shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunities.

Biloxx's total liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount paid by the User for the specific program giving rise to the claim.

Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless Biloxx LLP, its partners, affiliates, and representatives from any claims, losses, damages, or expenses arising from misuse of the platform, breach of these Terms, or violation of applicable law.

Biloxx may modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Indian courts and may be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force.
